The former vice chairman of HCM City People’s Committee together with four other high-level city officials were charged with serious land management violations, the Ministry of Public Security announced on November 10.

The 6000sq.m State-owned land lot, allocated for the Saigon beer corporation SABECO to build its headquarters on Hai Bà Trưng Street in downtown District 1 of HCM City.
