Việt Nam calls on Israel and the Palestinians to resume negotiations on a peaceful solution to their conflict on the basis of United Nations resolutions, Ambassador Nguyễn Phương Nga, head of the Việt Nam delegation to the UN, said Thursday at the UN Security Council’s open debate on the Middle East.
